PREFACE
This booklet contains Dentists Law, Dental Hygienists Law and Dental Technicians Law which are 3 major dental laws in Japan, and the booklet was translated under the Japan Dental Association.
The Japan Dental Association will continue to make active surveys in all dental facets of dental laws, private dental practise, employees' insurance systems and medical insurance systems from all over the world and other educational systems for training and improve dental skills in the future with the coming of globalization.
To do this, we believe the first step would be widely to introduce the dental laws in Japan and to foster understanding and realization of the current status in our country by foreign dental clinicians and researchers, through use of this booklet for improvement of the dental field.
We would be most obliged if the booklet would also be advantageously used by foreign dentists and dental researchers who live in our country.
